Being charged a second time by Apple Apps
Had a problem with billing and it was straightened out in less than a day.For some reason I started being charged by Apple when I was already paid directly to 1Password the customer service guy gave me the links I needed and the problem was solved and I received a refund

Customer support on another level - excellent!
Customer support nowadays is mostly poor. Not at 1Password! I can't emphasize enough how friendly yet skillfull they are - their product is the best on the market, but their support is almost even better. Special thanks to Tommy who helped me out of my misery (trouble in setting up the family account in 1Password) - good to have friends like him at 1Password. 5 Stars aren't enough honestly! PS: This is NOT a paid review :-) They are really that good!

I didn't expect a response to my Sunday…
I didn't expect a response to my Sunday e-mail until Monday, so pleasantly surprised to receive one that provided such detail and easy instructions on how to transfer my 1password to a family account. Excellent communication skills, simple and complete instructions and excellent customer service. This is why I chose 1Password for my password repository. Great app, great customer service.

The Best Password Manager, Period.
The Best Password Manager, Period. We've tried LastPass and Dashlane. When we finally came to 1pass, the extension was blazing fast and the support is amazing. The features, especially with the first to implement passkey is top notch. Keep it up please.
