User Friendly & Reliable App Support

The product is straightforward and integrates well with Google Chrome which is great for my team. The support was also very responsive and gave me clear and particular instructions that resolved my issue int he first try, which kept me from delaying work downstream.

Two Logins plus Password websites

I am on a trial with 1Password to see if I would like this instead of my previous provider. I came unsure of 1Password to know if it could do two logins and the password to fill in the details for me. So, I sent 1Password an email asking how it could be done. They emailed back with information on how it could be done. I did what was required and had a few plays on the concerned website, and it works so well. Thank you.

Recently we had occasion to correspond with Laura at 1password. Our situation was complicated enough that we would have preferred to speak to customer service but that was not an option. Over the space of several days and only using email communication, Laura helped us to take several steps to straighten out what we had messed up. From an individual (via Apple) to a family subscription

I had an individual subscription via Apple, but wanted to change it into a Family subscription (which is not supported via Apple. I contacted the support team of 1password and within a short time they helped me with moving to the new subscription. The remaining credits of my Apple subscription were also added to my 1password account. Good service!
