The response time was great and also the attemps to solve my issue even unsuccessful, I am still hopeful that the other (mobile App) team will have a solution. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Response was quick as could be expected. It’s nerve-wracking not having your impt information available in the middle of doing critical banking things, so every moment feels like a week. But the person who helped me knew what to do and I appreciate that more than anything. Thanks!
