The team at 1Password was able to resolve my billing issue immediately. A refund to my credit card was issued that day and the duplicate accounts I held were merged. This was such a relief to not have to chase down a refund

I have finally decided to switch from LastPass YAAAAS!!
I have finally decided to switch from LastPass to 1Password even though I now have to pay for it because: - It's SOOOO much easier to use - It's clearer/nicer layout - It's better for growth - Better customer svs - You can temporarily share individual items with anyone- even if they don't use 1Password (it expires) - Here is the BIG ONE- you can store and quickly access one-time passwords when you turn on two-step verification for a website.
