Uniquely excellent customer service at 1Password
When a problem occurs with 1P (which is rare but inevitable in the complicated internet universe) I can always count on timely, honest, engaged, and helpful information from the 1P support team. This is so unusual that makes my feelings of loyalty and affection for 1P even stronger. Thank you!

Something Small Turned Into Unexpected $$$
I requested something basic, but got more than I needed and saved some money in the process! You can't beat that! The customer service over email was full of personality and just very friendly overall, it didn't feel like I was talking to a robot or a person that's anonymous.

Essential to my life since 2017!
I've been using 1Password since 2017 and periodically check to see if there's something better out there... just to be safe. Nothing comes close. I use it for teams, and for clients. It's amazing. Highly recommend!

I had issues with another Password…
I had issues with another Password Manager and decided to investigate 1Password. They offered an opportunity to trial their PW manager system without cost. I downloaded and surprised to find that I could migrate all my passwords created over the past 10+ years into 1PW management software. Amazing and it showed me all the PW and sites that were at risk.
