I have received support and answers to all my questions as well as suggestions to submit the invoice to my previous password management tool in order to received a discount on 1Password. Very Helpful, Concise & Courteous Customer Service

We really appreciated the prompt response to our login issue. We were unable to do so from our desktop yet our mobile device was fine. It turned out that the secret key provided by the regular login didn't match the one that we had as part of our recovery package. Once this was changed the issue disappeared. Both Ixquel & Clarinda were very helpful, concise and courteous with their responses in clearing this up.

I watched a lot of tests and YouTube videos and was impressed by the user-friendly interface and, last but not least, the great support. When I registered for the free 14-day trial period, I made a mistake and used the wrong link, which meant that the previously displayed discount was not deducted.
