Great interface and helpful customer support

I´ve been using 1Password for two years now, and i absolutely love it. Great interface with a lot of nice features. Have also talked to customer support a couple of times and they are quick to respond and very helpful.

I had a very serious problem but the support saved me

I had a very serious problem due to a version change and I lost all my data, I do not agree with the change of 1password's business but the support service was fast, friendly and very professional, they recovered all my data, that was vital for my.

Excellent service!

It's not easy to get started with 1password, and I've encountered two glitches. I contacted customer support twice, and the very next day I had an answer with instructions on how to find my way around. Excellent customer service from 1password.

All you gotta do is ask

I had reached out to 1Password to see if they'd be willing to match a competitor's discounted rate, and they would/did indeed! There are certainly many competitors out there vying for your patronage whether it be this, smartphones, wireless carriers, restaurants, etc. Many will try their best to keep you happy - all you gotta do is ask! (all they can say is 'no'.) Loyalty is a 2-way street!

1password has been invaluable for open source

1password has been invaluable for our open source projects, which share team members across organizations. We went with 1password initially because it has an authenticator built-in, allowing OTP in combination with our shared logins. Thanks again 1password, you really make an excellent tool.

Excellent customer service

I recently downloaded 1Password to add more security to my accounts. I had some questions while getting started with 1Password and reached out to their Customer Service. Both Julia and Jermaine were very friendly and thorough when sharing step-by-step instructions for the questions I had. Thank you!

1Password support has always been helpful and responsive. My question was answered and my problem was solved very quickly. This is just one of the reasons why 1Password is my number one recommended application.

My company moved from LastPass to 1Password and it's been a breeze. The migration tools are very easy to use, the apps/extensions are working flawlessly and the integration with other tools is great. Apart from their awesome product, their customer support is also great! They are more than happy to help with any issue, even if it turns out it's your own fault. I would definitely recommend 1Password!
