Great experience working with support…
Great experience working with support team! I worked with 3 members of the support team in upgrading and moving my old 1Password account to the latest version that my wife and I could share. The responses were prompt and comprehensive. 1Password is an excellent product and their customer support is top notch.

Never been treated so well
I don’t think I’ve ever been treated as well as i have with this team. Immediate responses and addressed ever detail of my requests much more. Followed up with how things were going. Answered follow up questions and didn’t pass me off as soon as they could to complete some ticket/request system. Outstanding.
