Robust technical password storage, and great staff.
I work in the IT industry so picking a password manager requires specific technical points to be considered. 1Password has a clear but technical documentation of their encryption system and password security. Separately I have had reason to interact with both technical support and customer support. In all cases they have been professional and helpful.

The helpdesk support is also smooth.
I purchased a subscription from a Japanese company called Source Next and needed to get help from 1Password support. In my case, I had to deal with the irregularity of switching my subscription plan from an individual plan to a family plan. The irregular case was handled smoothly and I had a positive impression of the support. I will continue to use 1Password in the future.

World-class application with world-class customer support
I have been a long-time user of 1Password and have found the application indispensable not only allowing me to create a unique password for each of the thousand plus websites I've accessed, but it as affords me the opportunity to securely store documents and other confidential information.
