Robust technical password storage, and great staff.
I work in the IT industry so picking a password manager requires specific technical points to be considered. 1Password has a clear but technical documentation of their encryption system and password security. Separately I have had reason to interact with both technical support and customer support. In all cases they have been professional and helpful.

Support was to the point, very swift, friendly, uncomplicated process. Got answer by two 1Password employees, though, on the same ticket.
