The helpdesk support is also smooth.
I purchased a subscription from a Japanese company called Source Next and needed to get help from 1Password support. In my case, I had to deal with the irregularity of switching my subscription plan from an individual plan to a family plan. The irregular case was handled smoothly and I had a positive impression of the support. I will continue to use 1Password in the future.

I purchased a subscription from a Japanese company called Source Next and needed to get help from 1Password support. In my case, I had to deal with the irregularity of switching my subscription plan from an individual plan to a family plan. The irregular case was handled smoothly and I had a positive impression of the support. I will continue to use 1Password in the future.
