I had an excellent experience with 1Password, thanks to their fantastic support people, Yasmina & Mallory! I recently purchased their Family Yearly plan, and it's been terrific. What really made a huge difference was Yasmina's and Mallory’s exceptional customer service. Great and really helpful customer support. After my laptop was stolen, they were really helpful in helping me migrate things and make sure that my passwords were safe and secure and that I did not lose access to anything.

Great Customer Service
I had received very friendly and helpful communication from AJ, Noah and Tom. I switched from Lastpass and plan to remain with 1password. Their customer service was excellent.

Service when I needed it
I liked the experience once I got connected to Clarinda. She: - kept the thread of communications going - created the solution I needed - suggested why I was having an issue (and was correct) - got back to me promptly - close to real-time - saved me money
