Fast resolution to inquiries
As a long term user of an older prepaid version of 1Password it was finally time to upgrade to their cloud based version 8 subscription. I inquired by email about subscribing to which they quickly responded with a 3-year 50% discount promotion link. After using the link to subscribe I noted that the discount had not been applied and had charged the full price. Perfect response to a feature request
I had a request for what I thought was a missing feature (the ability to generate a memorable password that included capital letters, symbols, AND numbers). Seth from 1Password's customer support team replied to me very quickly to show how I could already solve my problem with 1Password. His answer was thorough and easy to understand — it even included screenshots. Fast, courteous, and helpful: A perfect support experience. Thank you!
