I am a new user of password managers. I selected 1Password after reading many online reviews. I was persuaded to try 1Password because each review raved about the customer support. I have now had to call on customer support twice, and both times I was contacted within 24 hours, and with excellent, perfectly understandable advice, which worked in both cases.05

Downgrading from a Family to Individual Account

I wanted to downgrade my 1Password account from family to individual and could not find an appropriate link on the support pages of the website. I submitted my request for help via an email link and soon got a response, even though this was on a weekend. Clarinda G., the support person, was efficient and effective at solving my problem.
