Great customer experience
Carley was wonderful with customer experience. She was patient and help us upgrade to the family plan. It was a little complicated, but she explained it clearly with organized steps and the transition went seamlessly:)

Understanding and integrity
I’ve been on 1Password now for the trial period and have been very happy with the result, converting my antiquated password scheme, about 120 passwords, over to recommended passwords. It took a lot of work, but once and done. Yesterday, one day before I was to be billed post trial period, I was notified that my credit card had been compromised. I had to move different family members…
I had to move different family members into a new family account in a different region, because my internet provider offers free 1Password for security reasons. Step by step I was led through this process and I managed to do so. It wouldn't have been possible without the helpdesk. Several people helped me and they all picked up where we had left. Thanks!!

It was easy to communicate with a real person. Two in this case. Both very personable and both gave me the help I needed. I feel more confident about using 1Password with such quick, attentive support. I thought my problem would best be solved by phone, but email worked perfectly well. Thank you.
