Actually really good customer service
I was having trouble figuring how to get my standalone account onto my other devices and migrated into an ongoing account. The tech-support at 1Password was fantastic and within a day I had everything easily set up and figured out. I actually feel like a valued customer which never happens anymore, almost anywhere.

1Password’s customer service is excellent!
They reply very quickly to questions (inside of 24hrs) and resolve issues efficiently. I was surprised by the speed of their replies to my email.

Not just an incredible software - amazing support!
My overall experience with 1Password has already been amazing, but I contacted support last week to change my billing and plan, and they were really quick to reply, very helpful in the response and even more so, greatly proactive! I ended up doing the change myself, so I hadn't had a chance to reply to support saying thanks for the info, and today I saw they sent me an email saying "I saw you made the change, can I help you with X and y" which were the last things I needed to fix. A few days ago, I subscribed to 1password in the App store, but I couldn't bind my 1password account. I tried many methods but it was useless, so I had to turn to the official. Their employee Saif Ahmad helped me solve the problem with a professional attitude and enthusiasm. Thank you very much! This is a very good aspect of an international company in customer service. I have been using 1Password for 13 years and LOVE IT! Couldn't live without it!
I have been using 1Password for probably 10 years now. Every single time I have had a question or suggestion, I have received an email response/support within 24 hours. Support is excellent. Were it not, I would not be using 1Password. Quality of support is one of my most important factors in choosing my computer/mobile applications. 1Password meets and exceeds my criteria.

Customer service is just ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I forgot my password and had to delete my account and the subscription got cancelled. They gave me a full credit and some extra for the next year renewal. Truly amazing service.
