I have used 1Password for many years…
I have used 1Password for many years and just recently switched to 1Password 8. The support team are really great. They respond quickly and their advice is always clear and helpful - and it WORKS! Well done to all.

Best-in-class customer service
Best-in-class customer service! I was upgrading from a super old app (4 versions old!), which required a two-step process to migrate data. I received a response within an hour with clear simple directions. I had to install an intermediate version to make this work but it was super simple. Then, I inadvertently signed up for two subscriptions when upgrading. 1password fixed the issue within 10 minutes of my email to their support. Great Product and Customer Service
Great app, integrates seamlessly with IPhones. Extremely fast and professional customer service. Worked with me to solve my issue despite it being more an issue with dat migration on apple devices. This app has really helped me manage my accounts and I would be lost without it.

Long time customer of 1password…
Have been a customer of 1password syncing with dropbox since they started. Just converted to the new platform and created a family account. Customer Support was AWESOME! They responded to emails right away, guiding me in the right direction. Highly recommend 1password because the program is needed to save all passwords safely. And secondly because their customer service is even better!
