Excellent product and customer service
Have been a 1Password user for many years. Aside from a great product, 1Password consistently offers excellent customer service. I wish other companies would be as attentive and cared as much about their customers.

Awesome product support
1password support team helped me significantly with a migration issue I was encountering. The service was excellent even though I have a trail membership. I'm really happy with my switch to 1password!

1Password tech support: Best in class!
I have enjoyed using 1Password for years. Last night after 11:00 PM I learned about their amazing tech support. I sent a question to their support email address and received a clear and helpful response within the hour. They responded to my follow-up questions throughout the night, providing extra context (and empathy!) to help me understand the different 1Password tools. By the time I woke up this morning, my issue was already resolved. Best support service I've experienced.

Support was to the point
Support was to the point, very swift, friendly, uncomplicated process. Got answer by two 1Password employees, though, on the same ticket.
