1Password is fantastic
1Password support team have been incredible and gone the extra mile to fix an issue for me. Their product is also incredible to begin with. I switched over from LastPass and I wish I had done it sooner.

Great Support
There can be some minor hiccups with the Chrome extension not working when it's first installed but overall a very pleasant switch from LastPass. Comunicating with support via chat or just emails is pretty quick and we were able to get a 75% discount for moving from LastPass.

Great communication and proactive support
Great communication. A good amount of information before I started interacting with support so that I was starting with the end destination. Anyone knowing Knowledge Centered Services (KCS) practices knows this was a great start in providing support! The interactions were clear and complete, with a clear next action! I have been working in Support organizations for the last 25 years, and this was a notable interaction and well-executed support process.

Super helpful support team!
I've been experiencing an issue on my work laptop using the newest version of 1Password 8 behind my corporations proxy and the customer support team at 1Password were extremely helpful with getting me up and running and finding a work around until their developers can publish a permanent fix. It completely solved my issue and work around is a one time setup type thing that I'll never have to worry about again!
