Received a refund after switching from LastPass

Quick and accurate solution.

Quick and accurate solution. I have been using 1Password for years and started off with just a simple personal primary account. I have upgraded every time a new version started but never a problem. When I upgraded to 1Password 8 my old primary vault did not transfer over so I was using both version 7 & 8. If I had called months ago I would have fixed by problem right away. I answered a couple of questions and within 10 minutes everything was fixed. Thanks.

Switched to 1Password from another Product

Switched to 1Password from another product that has been having problems of late. 1Password was easy to install and get running and works great on my Mac and with the browsers i use (Firefox, Chrome). About 80% of my passwords imported, however the good news is i have a csv download of all old ones and i can easily add/create when that site pops up for entry. User interface is much cleaner and the only thing i'd like to see is the Password 'Auto generator' a little more easily accessible ...

New to 1Password and so far very impressed

First, I was impressed with how quickly I got a response. I'm a new customer, moving over from LastPass. The import process wasn't working and I was getting frustrated. But the 1Password support person (Ash H.) got back to me right away and everything worked smoothly. I'm still getting acquainted with 1Password, but so far I think I'm going to like it very much. I'm traveling soon, so that will be a good test!

Great Customer Service; Seamless Migration

The migration thus far from an unsecure password manager to 1password has been pretty simple. The import tool offered by 1password was quite seamless. Also, the customer support team offered me a discount/credit on my annual plan from my former subscription.

Password1 is the best $36 a year I spend

Best $36 a year I spend. Took me some effort to set up about 300 passwords and credit cards, etc., but once they were set up, it's wonderful. Adding new ones is quick and easy, and I absolutely adore this, as I now have about 550 records stored. It automatically auto generates random passwords (which I no longer have to remember) and autofills it on both my Mac and on my iPhone (in Safari and most apps!) when I need to log in. Good responses and a feel-good atmosphere

I had a series of questions for which I received rapid helpful response in each case. More than the responses themselves, which were welcome, was the cheery disposition telegraphed by each of the technicians that made me feel my questions were welcome and the staff were sincere in WANTING to help effectively. It was an unusual experience, and delightful.
