I worked with various members of the 1Pass support team from 2/5/23 - 3/14/23, and they graciously and diligently helped me with my needs. I had a shared account with my husband. They helped me create a personal account, log out of his old account, upload a new version of the operating system on my laptop and all of that on my cell phone as well. I feel grateful to have this completed and couldn't have done it without them. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience with the support team from 1Password. They were friendly, helpful, and responsive. They solved my issue quickly and efficiently. They also followed up with me to make sure everything was working well. I really appreciate their professionalism and customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs support.

I was scared to do this, not knowing if I had followed instructions correctly. Be sure and write down passwords for 1 Password in the beginning.

Team responds - takes action
Team responds - that will set any support team apart from the competition The product has to be good but the people that provide support make the difference in customer loyalty. I like that I got responses and you could tell they heard your and wanted to resolve the issue/question. etc. Too many groups give canned answers and don't really understand the customer. Good job folks!

Highly accessible & friendly support!
Very easy to reach, timely response and very friendly! Customer support makes you feel that you are a valued customer! Support understands your concerns and situation and is very helpful in getting you the best service they can offer! I am glad that I've stuck with 1Password all these years! Good job and keep up the good work!

Great customer service!
Recent convert taking advantage of their promotion to refund my remaining time at a competitor. I couldn't access my invoice after cancelling with competitor, so I just said don't worry about it. Support came back with a 50% off my first year offer. Loving the product, now loving the service.
