Excellent Product

I have a family license and myself, my wife and both our children have been using 1Password for more seven years. There have been many updates over the years and each new version has improved the product. Overall, it is an excellent product and we have had zero problems. We wouldn't consider changing to another password manager.

The transition was an easy one

The transition was an easy one. Although there are specifics to phones or iOS that would be helpful walk-through's to get the system settings right. Specifically like changing password filling to 1pass instead of Keychain. Process and switch was easy from Dashlane. I would like to be able to set 1pass so that I didn't have to re-type my account password for autofilling every time I open the browser. maybe there is a setting?

I needed a new password manager because of the “security incident” with the other service that I had used for a decade. An exhaustive exploration of alternatives left me with two choices that would completely meet my needs and friends encouraged me to choose 1Password because of their positive experience with it. resolved subscription linking problem

i had a subscription/account linking problem (caused by my own mistake) for which i couldn't find a resolution thru googling nor 1password's own help/faq pages. so i contacted 1password's customer service. in short i found them courteous, approachable, responsive, thorough, efficient, and ultimately effective at helping resolve my problem. nice.

Incredibly good support

Although I dealt with several different people over several days sorting out a complex problem (of my own making), the continuity was throughout the team was seamless and incredible really. Probably the best support I have ever received from a support centre.
