resolved subscription linking problem
i had a subscription/account linking problem (caused by my own mistake) for which i couldn't find a resolution thru googling nor 1password's own help/faq pages. so i contacted 1password's customer service. in short i found them courteous, approachable, responsive, thorough, efficient, and ultimately effective at helping resolve my problem. nice.

Incredibly good support
Although I dealt with several different people over several days sorting out a complex problem (of my own making), the continuity was throughout the team was seamless and incredible really. Probably the best support I have ever received from a support centre.

Well, it all started when the news came out that there was yet another LastPass breach. I'm old and have been in the internet for a while, so I am out here doing my due diligence and having a password wrangler because that's how you have to do in the 21st century. Excellent security, great features for families, and the bet support
My wife and I have been using 1Password for many years. We love to have both private and shared passwords that sync to all of our devices automatically. My son and his wife, both of whom are scientists, recently switched from LastPass to 1Password because of better security and additional features. Recently, on my wife's new computer 1Password would not allow her to set the option to open with Touch ID. I contacted 1Password support, who helped my remove a corrupted 1Password file. Problem ...

1Password customer support was very responsive to my emails, and very accommodating in providing me with a credit refund for switching from Lastpass to 1Password. I had been on a 14 day free trial, and now have been using 1Password for 3 weeks or so, and am very satisfied with it.
