Succeful recover from unsaved Secret Key after PC reset
I had to reset my PC as per Microsoft instructions. I am new to 1Password and I only exported my 1Password to a 1PUX file. I had not saved my Emergency Kit! It was my mistake! I never had understood how important is the Emergency Kit and the Secret Key on it! So, I was totally "dead" without it and it was impossible to access my saved passwords. Fortunately, 1Password brilliant support guided me to 1). delete my old acount 2). create a new one 3). import into the new one the 1PUX. Et voila! ...

Very well made application. I love the UI, its simple, very well integrated with windows, mac and IOS. Strong security, the staff is very competent and kind. Worth the price !

1Password support keeps helping and doesn't give up
1Password support kept up trying to figure out what was wrong with my Mac installation of the app. Through perseverence we were able to pinpoint the issue and take actions accordingly. I am very happy with the user friendly and professional help the support people gave me! Thanks all :-)
