"1Password works well and the instructions are (gasp) correct!"
What do you like best about 1Password? 1Password does what it should. It keeps passwords secret with 2FA. It enables sharing of secrets in multiple "vaults" of data. It generates good passwords easily. It enables flexible storing of multiple fields of information, not just ID/PW/URL. It protects your secrets by logging you out after a short time of non-use. 1Password has been my go-to secrets…
1Password has been my go-to secrets manager for over 3 years now. The seamless integration with all of my devices is so important, so I have easy access to secrets regardless of the device I'm using. The software is easy to use, fast to set up, rock solid, and very secure. Post-sales support is incredible... I recently spoke with Errol who helped me through a few challenges. I have come to have pretty low expectations from most companies support service. So I have to admit to being very agreeably surprised by the speedy and detailed help I have received from 1Password so far. It will be a major factor if I sign on. Thank you.

The customer service rep was great!
The customer service rep was great. I sent an email sharing my issue and a bot replied to my email. As the bot got it wrong I replied to that email and got an actual human to help out. In a very short time my issue was solved and I'm ready to make the most out of this service.

Payment confusion
A duplication of payment methods caused the problem, along with a credit card that had been compromised. The 1Password team realized the root-cause, explained the required actions, requested the necessity confirmations, and seemed as happy as I after the successful outcome. At no time was I made to feel at fault. An excellent experience. Thank you to 1Password’s troubleshooting team.
