A happy customer since January 2008
I'm a super happy 1password customer since January 2008 (that's 15+ years from now!). It never let me down. It's the very first piece of software I install on all my devices - Linux, Mac, iOS or Android. It handles everything it technically can, from 2FA to licences to keys etc. The whole family also uses it on their Apple computers - so their passwords and other credentials can be safe, even though they aren't really geeks. HUGE Improvement over LastPass
Customer service was quick and friendly but the product itself is amazing and leaps and bounds above their competitors. Highly recommend.

Very helpful, even with non-standard requests
I requested a few out-of-the-ordinary things, including access to Beta software, and the support folks were helpful, friendly, and got me what I needed. My only complaint is that it seems that I only got one response per day. The response always gave me what I wanted, but I would have liked a quicker turnaround.

Problem Importing LastPass data
When I had a problem importing my passwords from LastPass to 1Password, support responded and provided me a way to complete the task. Their support saved me many hours of work to manually transfer the information

Great password manager with great customer service
I’ve been using 1pass for the past 3 years and I have only had good experiences with them. The product is amazing, at a fair price point and the customer service is impeccable. They are always quick to reply and happy to help!
