Support Response - My assessment
I recently had questions as part of my initial review of 1Password and sent a message to their support team. It was over the 3-day Easter weekend so I did not expect an immediate response. I did get a response first thing Monday morning which was excellent. I sent a message back to them which said, "Thank you Julia. I REALLY appreciate your thorough response. Great experience converting to 1password
I just switched to 1Password from another provider. The conversion took less than 10 minutes. Special thanks to Rob and Noah for helping me get a discounted price based on the remaining contract with the previous provider. Great experience!

Easy to transfer data from LastPass to 1Password
I was super nervous about transferring my passwords from LastPass to 1Password, but after watching a YouTube tutorial, everything went smoothly and (to my complete shock), it was very easy!! Once I signed up for the 14-day free trial, the 1Password folks looked at my last invoice from LastPass and credited 75% of that bill to my annual subscription payment on 1Password. 1Password is convenient, proven, and maintenance-free, giving users peace of mind to handle important yet tedious administrative tasks. And all members of the support team are kind.
