Quick and helpful.
I was locked out of 1Password 8 and couldn't remember my password correctly. I was helped in a clear and friendly manner by customer support and could luckily through their tips (We can see that the password you are entering is 8 characters. For 1Password memberships, your account password must be at least 10 characters.), I could remember how I changed my password from 8 to 10 characters and log back in.

Pleasantly surprised
So far, I’m a big fan of 1Password. It’s so weird these days that you actually run into real Customer Service, where people follow up with you. I’ve learned not to have high expectations when it comes to online support, but I was very pleasantly surprised in this case.

Great product, great support!
I've been using 1Password for 5+ years. I love the ability to have my passwords synced across all my devices. Any time I have had a question about a specific feature, I get great support quickly! Thank you for making a great product!

1Password help desk
This is my third time using the 1Password help desk. Each time, I got a helpful response within 24 hours from someone who had the right level of expertise to address my issue. It's really a pleasure having an experience like this--it's less and less common in this industry.

In my old age I require loads of assistance
I have to rely on support to get me back on track with 1Password. I have cognitive issues, which make it difficult for me to follow 1Password instructions as shown on your internet . Kathleen, in your support team, has given me great assistance in this regards most recently with 1Password 8 download on my iMac Computer. Now however, I face the same difficulty with 1Password downloads on my iPhone. I am confident that my iPhone, 1Password, difficulty will be resolved in good time.

Cannot Install v8
Great product but I cannot install v.8 on my Mac Studio. It hangs at "waiting for data to be moved". Thank you.
