Tireless, patient, and smart customer support
I'm a new user of 1Password and I got myself in a pickle. Somehow, I stopped being able to log in to any device but the actual app on my phone. The folks at tech support worked with me for literally WEEKS on this (sometimes it'd take me a day or two to try out their advice), and they never gave up on me. I already loved using 1Password
I already loved using 1Password, but love it even more now knowing they incentivize journalists and others to use it by providing discounts/free service. I've previously used Dashlane and LastPass, and neither are as efficient or as clear-cut as 1Password is. Password management is essential, and I think 1Password does it best.

Awesome support!
I reached out because Apple deemed my AppleID was no longer useful as an Id because it didn't work with their system and I was subscribed under that ID. Your team connected with me and made the process of switching to my new ID and moving my subscription to the new ID. Wonderful and painless support help!!

Transition from LastPass to 1Password…
I migrated from LastPass to 1Password and had a smooth and pleasant experience. The 1Password support team was very helpful and able to guide and resolve all my concern and they even provide me discount of my unused time of LastPass. Overall very happy so far. I am longtime user of LastPass and I’m enjoying 1Password app interface and it is so good to use.
