I have been using 1Password for 4…
I have been using 1Password personally and professionally for 4 years, mostly via the Firefox addon and the Android app, and I am very satisfied with it. As a software engineer, I value security, and to my knowledge 1password has a good track record. It has all the features I need, and the UX is very decent in my opinion (but I am a somewhat technical user, so your mileage may vary). Overall, this is a solid service, well worth the price.

Responses were swift and quickly…
Responses were swift and quickly resolved my issue. I reached out on a Saturday about a question regarding a promotional offer. A auto-response email came right away and I wasn't expecting an answer from a real human for a day or two, but they responded a couple hours later and resolved my issued right away. Emails were friendly and concise. I'm a new customer and in my first week of using 1Password, I've been very pleased with the ease of use and the help available from customer support.
