Helped in Time

I was helped almost immediately and in a very detailed manned such that I got my issue resolved. Even though I forgot to ask for my other devices and when I did later on they gave me the needed help and the issues are resolved for all my devices. I was also not asked to read websites but the instructions were given cleary to me in that one email. Thank you!

1Password is a BIG, huge, WOW!

Wow! That's it. WOW. I have used LastPass, Bitwarden and LogMeOnce. Those three cannot compare to 1Password, in any way, shape or form. I just started using 1Password, so I really can't comment on the quality of the service. But being a true novice, I was very confused and had a lot of questions. The 1Password videos and tutorials are great, but the live person support was amazing.
