Great App. Great Customer Service.
Have been a customer for years because the app is perfectly useful and functionally brilliant. But I recently had my first interaction with customer service over a minor issue. The service agent was great! Wow. Love these guys. Great personalized instruction. Documented in a clean email with understandable steps. Worked brilliantly. So incredibly rare with any other app or technology provider. Blown away. A forever customer. I’m bringing more people on board with no hesitation. Thank you!

Support was great keeping a 2FA device from locking me out!
1Password has always worked well and I never needed support till I used a Yubikey. A week or so after enabling the Yubikey, it required that I enter my PIN. I never set one one up and panicked that I would lose all my Passwords. Support was quick and directed me to the best way to disable it before that happened. Many thanks and have stopped using the Yubikey for everything.

Great customer support.
