"The best password manager"
What do you like best about 1Password? I've been using 1Password before password managers were a thing. I love that I only have to remember literally one password. The program was always easy to use but with each release it gets even better.

Upgrading to family plan from individual
I had set up an individual account through iOS. When I wanted to upgrade to a family plan, I read on the support webpage that it was not possible to modify a subscription made through the App Store. Expecting an annoying process, I reached out to support via email. I was pleasantly surprised by the result, I cancelled my existing subscription through the App Store and in less than 24 hours from my initial email, my issue was resolved.
