But their support staff are very helpful! Rob, Morgan and Tej were very quick to assist me in the crediting of my bill after switching from a competitor. The fact that I was able to get a discount from switching from a competitor for a whole year makes me regret not switching sooner! When I had trouble signing into my account, I emailed 1Password. I received a reply within 24 hours from a real person :) Not a bot. The answer was very helpful too, and when I replied to that second email, I got a reply virtually immediately, and it was not some automated message. No, this was a real person talking to me. That's almost unheard of nowadays. I appreciate the promptness of the service, despite us being in two different time zones.
