I've been a Bitwarden Evangelist for over 5 years now. I simply loved everything it did and respected it's security practices. I have been using 1Password for a few years, and can’t imagine how I would get by without it. Recently I had to contact support for the first time as I wanted to make a change to my subscription and couldn’t quite figure out how to do it. Their support staff was super friendly and professional, and the issue was quickly resolved. I’m definitely recommending 1Password to all my friends.

I Locked Myself Out of 1Password!!!!

I created a new 1Password master account password but made an error in doing so which left me unable to log in to my account. 1Password support staff were able to walk me through the steps to create a new account with a new password and transfer my billing credit from the old account to the new one. Support staff are responsive, courteous and provide detailed instructions. You will be in good hands if you need their help!!
