"Great virtual vault!"
What do you like best about 1Password? I like that you can store your passwords or create strong ones very easily. You can organize them by category as well. You can save bank information, login information, passwords, notes, credit cards...many other items.

Great service !
Disponibility and great patience. Competent people. They added pictures and even videos so I could better understand the explanations. Even when the interlocutor had to change, the new one knewed the full history. Great service !

I have just changed from 1password7 to 8. I am Japanese and have been using it for about 10 years. I also feel that the usability has been greatly improved. The various menu displays are now much clearer. In ver.7, most of the menus were in English. I are grateful that the menus are now almost exclusively in Japanese.

Moved from LastPass to 1Password
Moved from LastPass to 1Password. Support service were really great and the experience seems really smooth for now. Hope they will continue the good work

Best Password Manager!
Best Password Manager! Before using 1Password, I had used things like Google autofill and LastPass. Since moving to 1Password, my digital life has actually improved. Not only do I feel safer with its multiple layers of security, it is so easy to use and the setup was seamless. The different password options, like Passkeys and being able to seamlessly add TOTP (Timed One-Time Passwords) with a literal click of a button, it is amazing. Amazing support
I reached out to the support team to inquire on a number of elements before setting up a 1Password account. The team has been extremely responsive & supportive, and all my questions (and there were many) have been answered in detail. This amazing support experience has given me the extra confidence to switch from our current password solution to 1Password, as I now know that if there is an issue, a 5-star support team is there to help. A big thanks to the whole support team for their great work.

Rapid, excellent quality service
I have to say, I was really impressed with the 1password support team. I had attempted to upgrade from a long-held 1Password7 license to a 1Password8 subscription and was having some difficulty unlocking my Vault after the import process. I emailed support (before becoming a paid subscriber even!) and was impressed at how quickly they responded. Ultimately, the issue I had was resolved, and this team left an excellent impression on me. Thanks again!
