Service that bested my expectations!
I recently had an occasion to come into contact with several customer service reps. Each was as nice and helpful as the other one. They navigated me thru the situation and I felt 'assured' throughout the process. When something did get 'missed' they were quick to recognize it and respond. It was a better experience that I expected honestly, I already enjoyed the product , now I am a fan of the support too!

Quick and thoughtful Custmer Service
Just been using this service for less than 14 days and I was a long time last pass customer, I wish I had changed to 1password sooner! The app is smooth and makes so much sense and customer service that actually gets back to me quickly and with clear and logical answers, thank you so much. 10 out of 10

Get the right customer support agent!
Been using 1Password since 2008 and I recently experienced problems with it for the first time. After endless and fruitless series of emails with several agents over several months, I finally was answered by Catherine F. who solved everything in just a few emails spanning a couple of days!! IMHO if they offered phone support backed by knowledgeable persons, the whole thing could have been solved in one phone call. Too bad! But 1Password still reigns on top as the best solution for passwords.

Outstanding customer service!
I sent a message to the support folks and they came through like gangbusters! Had an automated response almost immediately...AND a human response the next morning! They resolved the billing issue very quickly and then followed up to make sure all was well. Outstanding customer service!
