1Password seems to value personal service when you have a problem.
What made my experience with 1Password truly great was the level of personal service. I got the feeling I was chatting with a real person who understood my problem and was patient and informative in finding a solution. Though the response was not immediate, my issue was not an emergency and did not require a quick response. And it WAS within 24 hours. When I did get a response, it was informative and very helpful. Upon the advice of my computer club
Upon the advice of my computer club, I signed up for 1Password. When I signed up, I did not understand the significance or essential nature of the secret key and did not record it. Without the secret key, I could not log into 1Password. I could see that the program was saving my passwords, but felt out of control. Your support helper Sully suggested I would see the secret key if I logged in /signed up into one of my other devices, which I did and it worked. Hurray. I made several copies of ...

Best in class
I really love the uncomplicated help by the 1Password support. Everytime there is a problem they are here to help. The software itself is best in class and always up to date with newest features. I‘m a customer since 3 Years and don’t regret it.
