When I tried to upgrade to 1Password…
When I tried to upgrade to 1Password Families, I could not find "Invite People in the sidebar". I received a second email with detailed instructions on how to upgrade to Family Accout. Then I was able to find the "Invite People in the sidebar". Now my family can use 1Password. Thank you very much.

Upgrading from old local version to new PC
Wanted to upgrade/migrate content of very old (v4) local PC version of 1Password (with hundreds of records) to new Windows 11 PC. On-line instructions were confusing and was worried about losing or corrupting my content so emailed tech support for help. Was pleasantly surprised by almost immediate response from a person. Most powerful password manager
1Password its the most powerful password manager: safe, intuitive, cool technical support, mutiplatform... much better than other password managers! I am user since 2016 and I hope still using this software for more years.

Subscription issue solved within an hour
After having submitted a question related to my Family subscription through their chatbot, I received an automated reply with related suggestions. If the steps suggested did not solve the issue, I was asked to reply to the initial (bot generated) reply to get in touch with a 'real' helpdesk person. The conversation with the helpdesk person started within 15 minutes and my issue was solved within an hour. Great support.

Amazing Customer Service!
I wrote customer service thinking it would take a while for me to hear back. I heard back right away. What I tried didn’t work, so I wrote again and got another reply very quickly. This helped resolve the issue I had. Kudos for fast and thorough customer service!
