I have contacted 1Password team to get advice on the best type of account for a team of 3. They have been helpful in advising me, helping me change my account from Apple subscription to theirs so that the account can be changed and at the end of it we are all happy. I have been personally using 1Password for a couple of years now and have never had an issue with it.

Kale responded right away to my inquiry about switching from a family membership to an individual membership. They provided step-by-step instructions that were perfect. I logged in and followed the steps and changed my account right then and there. Tbh, it was such a relief, as I thought it was going to take a bit of back and forth, but it was simple. Thank you!!!

Everyone should have a Password Manager, and 1P is the best

I have used 1P for years, and it just keeps getting better. Often when I think of something I wish it would do I discover that some long ago update has added that functionality. And, on the few occasions when I've had a problem, the 1P people have been great at helping resolve the issue. (It's usually been an issue caused by some update to MacOS that 1P was already working to resolve.)

Superb product with an excellent support team behind it. I got a bit upsent when they stopped giving attention to their standalone app and focused on a subscription model, but the service is top notch and so far I haven't heard about any data breaches which is my concern #1 since all my encrypted data is on their servers. Great service in setting up an account that had gone wrong some where

I had an issue with setting up a 1Password account. Really impressed with the Support Centre, Zoe emailed a couple of questions, then sent a comprehensive easy to follow set of instructions. Everything sorted in a couple of hours. Not sure what I did wrong the first time, but very happy with the time-frame and help I received to resolve the issue.
