Fast responses - correct solution
I was asking the support to upgrade my subscription from single to family, as this was not possible for me. The support could help me in this case and accounted credits for my single subscription to the new one. Indeed, functionality was a bit confusing, that I could not upgrade the plan by myself, but in the end I am happy with the solution, with the help of the fast and friendly support.

fast, correct en friendly support
I switched from lastpass to 1password. The move of the data was easy and quick. I tested it on different platforms (Android-IOS) on smartphones, laptops, IMAC and MACbooks. Everything works very smooth on all the devices. On top of it, with quick and friendly support of the helpdesk, they payed my latest invoice of lastpass back as a discount for the first year.

Excellent service from 1Password Team
My PC running a familiar and "trusted" Windows 7 (but now unsupported) OS created a problem running the desktop version of 1Password. Every HELPDESK technical support person at 1Password was unfailingly courteous, knowledgeable, and comprehensively thorough in providing me with practical advice to resolving access to their product. The support team at 1Password work together to treat customers with dignity and respect. More power to them. Really excellent service.
