I have been using 1Password for the past nine years and absolutely love it! It is an extremely powerful manager that is very simple to use. Because of it every password I have is unique, frequently changed, both long and complex and immediately available to all of my devices. I only have to remember one! I absolutely give it my highest recommendation!

Brilliant support

Where do I start… oh yes, I forgot my master password, I tried everything possible but it just eluded me My only choice was to create a new account which I did and I managed to copy and paste everything across successfully. I emailed 1Password to explain my mistake and they could not have been more helpful! Even credited my new account with the remaining balance- fantastic customer service!!

Customer support

Because I was having problems with my account I had to email 1Password a few times but I found each time they were polite and professional and tried to help. The only constructive criticism I could add would be it might help others if the same person dealt with each customer as each time I emailed I had a different person answer which might not have been fair to them not realising what had previously been discussed.

Perfect support

Had to restore my password data and the 1password support team helped me with great effort to do so. Respond times were very short and received guidelines made it easy for me to get everything up and running again. Thanks a lot for doing such a great job!

Great service

Great service, easy to use, well integrated with apps and programs etc. Feels very secure, and gives great peace of mind. Have only had exceptional, both fast and expedient, as well as extremely kind customer service, giving refunds for my errors and the like. Can only recommend this password safe as a choice if you are in the market!

Brilliant product

Brilliant product. Easy to use and simple to create separate vaults and to share passwords securely. It has a complexity to it, but it is reassuring to know that it is not easy to get in for bad actors.

I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of the response and the thoroughness. Your customer service support person seem to anticipate next steps and provided them without asking. I also received continuing support on the same thread despite it being off topic from my original question.
