1Password has an excellent support team who pursue every issue, even small ones, to their logical conclusion. I had a great experience while getting my rather difficult issue resolved and special thanks to Paul Pride who sorted out my case on a very happy note.

Amazingly timely responses from support…
Amazingly timely responses from support staff. This is a definite improvement over past years, where it took Dave Teare himself about a week to respond. Seems like the organization has picked itself up by the bootstraps and added necessary staff. This has made it extremely easy, and competent for me to work thru my issues. Bravo 1Password!
