Exceptional service

I had multiple interactions with different customer service reps. Responses to my questions were always prompt, helpful and courteous. They always responded to my actual questions rather than simply providing form answers (though they also always included the pertinent links). Could ask for better customer service. Just getting started with the actual product so can't really review it yet but based on my experience so far I'm confident it will be excellent.

Came back to 1pass from Last pass

I have used 1password in the past but moved on to LastPass for a couple of features that 1password did not have. After some security concerns, I have moved back to 1password. So far, it has been working perfect and I am glad I came back. Had an issue with my password and Rachel was able to provide some pointers to help me resolve.
