The team at 1password was so helpful via email! They outlined what I had to do to merge my accounts and even checked in on me after the email was sent. I felt like I was their only customer!

I had multiple follow up questions and issues as it was a complex workflow to move off of a families account to a personal one. The team was always very responsive, and gave exact directions when I need them.

1Password is the best and sturdiest password security I can find. And its services come at a real bargain. And support is just an email away, usually answered within an hour.

Clear answers
Jermaine at customer service addressed my questions with clear and comprehensive answers. That’s unusual these days. His answers were also easily understandable and not overly loaded with tech jargon , so it was easy to follow.

At 74 I find most tech details overwhelming. I found 1Password to help with my issues tracking Passwords. The idea of “autofill” was tempting. But I trusted my own ability to get started with the 1Password8 software - bad mistake. The Customer Service team is so helpful I’m so embarrassed. Trevor, Zoe, Claud, Ash, Chris - Yes, now you see how helpful the staff has been and it’s been more than a week!
