The team kept with it
I had a somewhat difficult problem and was also in and out of town and therefore I continue to ask questions of the support team. They were diligent to respond back and continue to work with my problem until it was completely resolved.

Well and truly safe
Well, I panicked as I couldn’t remember my password to use 1Password. I was locked out and wanted someone to reset it for me. Which, when I thought about it goes against the rules With the help of the team, I was able to successfully move ownership of password to a new account without compromising the account that was previously set up.
