A HUGE relief - thanks to 1Password Support
I got myself into a situation where I had to start a new account (lost my password to the original one) and I could not figure out how to avoid paying the annual fee again. I contacted the Support Team and Chris walked me through the whole process with no problems. Additionally, I could not figure out how to migrate the data from the original vault. Recently, I contacted the 1Password customer service staff because I needed some assistance making the transition from their Standalone version of 1Password, which I'd been using for many years, to their subscription based system.
