EMAIL vs a LIVE BODY
The timeliness in receiving an email reply was greatly appreciated. Although there are instances when a LIVE BODY would be more personal, the feedback, in this situation, was found helpful. Still migrating through the transition yet time will bring a comfort zone.

Today I was fortunate to communicate with Rob A @ 10:30am. This was our time for support. I cannot begin to tell you how fabulous he is. I am 82 & do not have all the tech savvy. He was totally patient, understanding, thoughtful, considerate, knowledgeable & outstanding. He is a huge asset & credit to your company. I have had many of these type calls with other companies. Rob is without any question the best!!

Best Password Manager I've Ever Used!
Best Password Manager I've Ever Used! I have tested out several PW managers over the years, and one of my main criteria is the ability for an app to work x-platform, since I use PCs, Macs and Android devices across my personal and work life. 1Password works smoothly and easily, and the extensions in my various browsers work great!
