Great support
Great support: timely, and accurate. I've had troubles migrating from a standalone vault (on Dropbox) to my online account. I've received clear instructions in a series of email, with several alternative procedures to try out, in the end successfully. Eventually, I've even been able to troubleshoot the issue (some zero-byte attachments in some entries blocking the migration procedure): they earned a bug report, I earned an extra goodwill gratuity ;-)

Very happy 1Password customer since…
Very happy 1Password customer since 2012 and today I contacted support for the first time ever. I really felt treated as a person rather than just a case number, very different from big tech. My request was handled promptly and they should have no problem in keeping me as a customer for the foreseeable future :-)

Ese made gave me specific instructions on how to send a screen shot that was needed to verify the discount offer I discussed. The response time was nearly immediate and much appreciated.

The specialists at 1Password were very helpful and quick. Glad it was painless to transition a family member account to an individual account without any data loss, since there was an issue with a duplicate account. It’s worth paying for a product that has great support. Thank you!

Switching Over
I was making a switch over from a competitor and the 1Password support team helped me transition over smoothly and efficiently. I didn't have to do any follow ups, they were prompt and clear in their communication. Excellent customer experience!!

Great technical customer support!
I have been a long term customer of 1Password. I experienced a technical problem when switching to a new phone but couldn’t have asked for swifter or better customer service in terms of support to resolve my issue. Thank you guys!!
