I asked them for help about my situation with forgetting my master password and transferring my remaining subscription credits over to my new account and they were super cooperative about it.

Not all in my family can speak english fluently, which might be a problem, when I am not there. Julia eraded my concerns about availability of german language and made a perfect job introducing me into 1Password in German and English. I very much appreciated this and ordered the family version.

At first, I was reluctant as there were different people responding to my queries. However, the responses were seamless, as if it was from one individual. Everyone wanted to help and I could sense they wanted me to get through the problems I was having. They had to support me from the 15th till the 18th, everyday.

1password is the best.

It is important to use the 1password app (application) to set the timeouts, otherwise the system is unbearable and annoying. It is very good with the very large encryption key that everyone gets no matter your password size. I've been using it for almost one year.

What do you like best about 1Password? 1Password is secure but not sophisticatedly complex. It saves me a lot of time and gives me peace of mind. Sharing information and managing my personal and work information securely has never been so easy.

Replaced Lastpass with 1Password

Replaced Lastpass with 1Password and have not looked back. Works well on my Windows 11 computers and Android phone and tablets. Love having all login credentials synced across all devices!

Dedicated, Caring, and Respectful Customer Support

In August 2020 I failed to properly set up my 1Password account. It wasn't until the week of July 10th, 2023 that I realized my mistake when I tried to change my password. The support team explained that I had a stand-alone account rather than a personal account which has all the protection features of 1Password.
